In eukaryotes, RNA polymerase II transcribes a sequence on the DNA called the polyadenylation sequence, which codes for a polyadenylation signal (AAUAAA) in the pre-mRNA. 10- 35 nucleotides downstream from this, proteins associated with the growing RNA transcript are cut free from the polymerase, releasing pre-mRNA. It is called pre-mRNA because it still has processing to undergo before it can be used as mRNA. A 5' cap, a modified form of guanine (G) nucleotide is added to the 5' end after transcription of the first 20-40 nucleotides. At the 3' end, an enzyme adds 50-250 more adenine (A) nucleotides, forming a poly-A tail. The last step of termination is RNA splicing. /most eukaryotic genes and their RNA transcripts have long noncoding stretches of nucleotides, regions that are not translated. these are called intervening sequences or introns, which split the coding regions called exons. Particles called small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs) recognize the signal for RNA splicing which is a short nucleotide sequence at each end of an intron. Several snRNPs join with additional proteins to form a spliceosome which interacts with certain sites along the intron, releasing the intron and joining together the two exons that flanked the intron. The mRNA is now ready to move to the ribosomes and begin translation...

what I am hoping is that there is some file I can download, double click, and start entering recipes. Can you help?. Thanks!.

When writing a letter to a deaf person, is there anything I should keep in mind?. In case some of you do not know, some deaf people have limited vocabulary. They do not use all of the words that speaking/hearing people use. I want to make sure that when I use a word or a particular sentence structure, the person will understand what I am saying. I know they are not blind. I know they are not stupid. Deaf people are smarter than most hearing people, my opinion, however, they process things in different ways and I just want to make sure that I am understood when writing a letter..

Is there a "gift form " for a living parent to give an adult child a home? Will "quit claim" deed work

I always take a shower and make myself presentable prior to retrieving and returning job applications. I always return the application on the same or next day. Some places I have applied at multiple times and I have applied at over 15 places total and haven't gotten a single call back. EVERY SINGLE friend I have including siblings has applied at no more than 3 places and gotten a job within 2 weeks. It's ridiculous. I'm running out of opportunities.... . Ideally, I walk in to the place, ask for an application (please), say thank you, then leave. I come back later and say I need to hand this in, and proceed to hand it to the person operating the counter (which occasionally is the manager), say thanks again, and leave. I am always polite and presentable and I've even applied at places that said they were hiring and yet if I have a friend that already works at that place, he'll tell me that they've been hiring a bunch of other people instead of me. This is getting extremely agitating. Can someone help or offer any input?.
