Hi everyone!! I want to become a Real State Agent.. i know the market is down right now and i have a great job in a car dealership and honestly i'm making a lot of money, but is just that a love houses and i think that if i study for a real state i'll be very good at it, for some reason i feel it will be a challenge for me due to I've been in USA only for two years, but i want to try.. can anybody please give me some advice, how to do this?? Steps??. I appreciate it very much.. Please i need advice, somebody answer me with a nice answer..

Be sure you have a line and not a bunch of unrelated pieces. Most boutiques like three complete outfits and one dress, it makes it easy for them to merchandise and hang the garments. Too few pieces makes it difficult to merchandise the line. Presentation is very important to boutiques, give them the opportunity to properly present your line.. . You should also make a few out of town sales trips, again armed with a brochure, a business card, perhaps a cover letter/resume and take a few sample garments with you. Be courteous, professional, be on time, and leave a good impression. Market yourself as well as your line and be confident, but don't be an arrogant diva. And don't get discouraged, it takes time. Once you are in one store others soon follow as competition is fierce and boutiques do like the newest and the best designers.

Hi Everyone. . We planned to buy a house in Australia and as per the real estates agent information , we have signed the contract of sale and its been more than a week time...Cooling off period was only 3 business days from the date of signing the contract.. . We came to know from the owner that the real estate agent have given us misleading information about the house and now we thought of cancelling the contract but our solicitor said that we can't do anything now as we have signed the contract...we have to proceed with the buying , do you guys think it is right..or do you guys think that i need to get a second opinion from a different lawyer... . I am so concerned about the misleading info given by the real estate agent , its totally driving me nuts and not sure what to do, Is there any law or a place in Australia to solve this sort of problems.. . Please guys I need your help..Any help would be much appreciated...

Hi I'm a nursery practitioner and I have recently just been given the role of behaviour manager. I was asked today to observe some children and to talk to their key worker about their behaviour and what things can be done. I have observed one child but haven't spoken to their key worker yet. I also have to make a folder on this and what I'm asking is I need to make this child a behaviour plan but how should I go about doing this and because I have never done one before it would be great to follow a behaviour plan so I know I'm doing it right.
