After painstakingly going mad trying to find ways to learn how to build css templates, i noticed xhtml it's convenience the ability to work with css while with html together, while on the other hand html and css are divided meaning you must work on one css file and revert back to html file to get it all right, why do i get the impression one seems easier regardless how sensitive it is, goes to ask was xhtml shuned in ways so it makes it easier for web designers to keep their job, since there are places that can do it easy like cs5 adobe but that's beside my point, i used xhtml and i had a background and display of the page with in 25 minutes, while css-html almost 2 weeks. odd why is that. since xhtml is very isolated on support, i guess im stuck with html, even today's site use xhtml. . Wow just to learn how to make a css template.

Hi I'm in HR. Please don't waste time and money. Yes we can usually tell the letters that don't come from you. Worse than that, when you come in for an interview, I can tell that you didn't write the letter if it's not naturally how you communicate. Those companies don't know you and they can't relate what you want to relate. What they are, are good creative writers with English degrees. I'm not looking for a glorious work of writing. You can do this. The cover letter should start out saying where you saw the ad and what the job is and why you think it's a good fit for you. What skills you have that make it right for you. Then the second part should tell me about your background, highlighting things that relate to the job ad if possible, showing you're a good match. The final part should tell me why you want the job and what it would mean for you, a next career step, more responsibility, you know. That's a great letter. You wouldn't believe how many 3 sentence letters I get. Just saying "here is my resume" is a cover letter to some people. In your letter you can also explain anything that you think doesn't look good or isn't explained on your resume, like a career change or job gap. No one can do that as well as you can, and we don't need tons of fancy language to prove that you are articulate, professional, and can think about what to put in a cover letter. I can see that you are, so I think you are fine. Remember that if you aren't getting called for jobs it might have nothing to do with you, so keep trying. The market is tight and you never know what that job is really looking for. Good luck.
