  • KUPFERMAN & GOLDEN is a two-person, legal practice whose attorneys focus on various aspects of family law and related matters. According to current statistics, one in two marriages will end in divorce. Due to the far reaching implications and consequences surrounding divorce in today’s culture, we believe that it has become mandatory that each party seek competent expert legal counsel and guidance. It is our goal to provide that much needed counsel and guidance to all of our clients. Each potential case brings unique circumstances and personalities to the impending divorce proceeding. Therefore, it is this firm’s long-standing policy to initially meet with you, at no financial charge, in order to personally evaluate your case. We will also advise you of the divorce procedure in your particular jurisdiction.

Divorce actions, whether contested or uncontested, require a resolution of many issues, depending upon the distinctive circumstances of your particular case. These generally include, but are not limited to, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, equitable division of marital property, and equitable allocation of marital debt. When all is said and done, it remains our objective to secure for you, the best resolution of these issues that is legally and ethically obtainable, in as expeditious a manner as possible.

Once retained, our firm is there to advise you on the various legal, economic, and other factors in order to help you attain your goals. Our approach to each case is that there is no substitute for preparation, which we believe to be the single most important factor to influence the outcome of the divorce proceeding. We are also there to help you better understand all of the various legal, economic, and other changes that will occur as a result of the divorce proceeding.

In addition to divorce, our firm handles those matters that arise in the aftermath of a divorce. These include such matters as modification of custody, modification of child support and alimony, as well as the filing and defense of contempt actions to enforce or defend the judgment. We also handle all type of paternity and legitimation actions. For the prudent and discerning individual, our firm also provides advice for, and preparation of, pre-nuptial agreements when such are appropriate under the circumstances.

At KUPFERMAN & GOLDEN, we understand that divorce and other related family law matters must be considered as one of the most trying, stressful, and emotional periods of time in an individual’s life. We never forget or minimize the trust that our clients place in us to help them through this difficult period.

Hi, I want to make a website using a template, but don't understand how to use it as the template is one, yet the pages are not the same, the home page is different from the other pages. Do I change the template? Also, could you recommend a site with templates, I am a complete beginner, don't mind paying, but cannot afford a fortune. Thank you..

Write in or write down?

Graduate schools want letters of recommendation because they need input from people who know you about whether or not you are a good candidate for the graduate program. As a general principle, the more information they get (ie the more letters), the better they can make their decision.. . That said, most students will only send the required two letters, so sending a third letter will clearly be seen as ... unusual. Unusual itself is neither good nor bad, but you do want to make sure the admissions committee has a reason to consider that third letter a POSITIVE thing. Remember, they are reading not just your application and recommendations, but the applications and recommendations of dozens/hundreds of other students. If your third letter doesn't have some unique, important additional information, there is a SLIGHT chance they will view the added ten minutes of reading it as SLIGHTLY negative.. . But you can EASILY spin the third letter as being there to provide additional, useful information - so the admission staff decides they are very pleased you sent it. For instance (I don't know your situation), your letters from professors probably cover your academic qualifications based on coursework. If your employer letter will add further information on things such as:. - how well you work with others. - how meticulous you are. - how you juggle multiple tasks. - how you are at long range planning . then it would be an appreciated third letter.. All the above are incredibly important skills in graduate school, and things that your professors may not be able to address, but that your employer letter would give insight about.

Cover Letter..?

I have a semi okay name but it gets made of in minor stupid jokes which I laugh at also (I don't mind but my initials spell MEN and I'm a girl...go figure) and its from asian origins... I've been through a lot in my past and I've decided that next month when I turn 17 however that I will change my name. I'm from Toronto so Ontario's law state that I will be charged $137 along with parental permission.. . 1.) Is the reason: I want to carve out a new life from myself so I don't feel like killing myself anymore and start over in life (I'm also not running from the law or involved in anything illegal at 17 anyways) a good reason?. . 2. How long till I stop reacting to old name???. . 3. I love the name Evelyn but I'm having trouble finding a middle and last name to match...I want something soft, sweet, so any ideas? I started looking at strong female inspirations and I found Collete (after Sidonie-Gabrielle Collete) and Jeanne D'Arc (Joan of Arc) is a name I find especially beautiful. (My childhood hero however is Kim Possible O_o).. . PLEASE AND THANK-YOU SO MUCH!!!. to "?" actually i do read long books, a lot of them in fact, just cause im asking about my name doesnt mean im some pathetic timewasting troll, i dont judge you, you dont judge me. simple as that.. and yes everyone has the same last name, i dont think it would be disrepectful but then again...maybe i'll wait till im 18, less complications.. . im just trying to carve out a new life for myself, and i think a new name that ive chosen for myself would be a good place to start...
