Does the Motivational Statement need to read like an essay or is it just meant to be a well written letter of intent? I keep going back to college application days when personal statements needed to be complete, well-structured essays but I've found so many people who have posted their Motivational Statements online and they seem to be less about structure and more about overall content. Seems as though it's generally written from the heart instead of the head but I want to be 100% sure before completing and submitting mine.

for actors, a filmography.. . Keeping r?sum?s online has become increasingly common for people in professions that benefit from the multimedia and rich detail that are offered by an HTML r?sum?, such as actors, photographers, graphic designers, developers, dancers, etc.. . Job seekers are finding an ever increasing demand to have an electronic version of their r?sum? available to employers and professionals who use Internet recruiting at any time. Internet r?sum?s differ from conventional resumes in that they are comprehensive and allow for self-reflection. Unlike regular 2 page r?sum?s, which only show recent work experience and education, Internet r?sum?s also show an individual?s skill development over his or her career.. . For job seekers, taking r?sum?s online also facilitates distribution to multiple employers via Internet. Online r?sum? distribution services have emerged to allow job seekers to distribute their r?sum?s to employers of their choices via email.. . Another advantage to internet r?sum?s is the significant cost savings over traditional hiring methods. The Employment Management Association has included internet advertising in its cost-per-hire surveys for several years. In 1997, for example, it reported that the average cost-per-hire for a print ad was $3,295, while the average cost-per-hire with the Internet was $377.[4] This in turn has cut costs for many growing organizations, as well as saving time and energy in recruitment. Until the development of r?sum?s in an electronic format, employers would have to sort through massive stacks of paper to find suitable candidates without any way of filtering out the poor candidates. Employers are now able to set search parameters in their database of r?sum?s to reduce the number of r?sum?s which must be reviewed in detail in the search for the ideal candidate.

Does any one have any experience with a living trust? We want to do one for our kids but I have a stepson (who would be included) I just dont want his mom to try to get what's not due to her. Any one know of the cons of a living trust?.

Would you read my letter written in English?

Good question! I think we need certain standards in order to live peacefully, and everybody has different standards that they live by. In the long run I do believe the government has installed false morals and standards in people so that they can better control us in every aspect of life. For instance, take people who become disabled on the job, I believe the government has attempted to brainwash us into believing that every person, no matter what their disability is capable of working, so that they do not have to pay back social security that they have already spent and so major insurance companies don't have to pay the bill either. Think about this the next time someone is on light duty where you work. Watch what co-workers say about them and watch what kind of jobs the company gives them. It is all set up this way in the hopes that injured people will give up and take their own life. I've seen it many times, and guess what, the majority of the time it works because the person becomes hated and begins to feel worthless, they begin to face financial strain and are refused help, and on top of that they are degraded by the rest of society. I had to fight for 2 years after leaving my job to get disability, and because my husband was disabled we had absolutely no income. Our water was shut off, our property taxes weren't paid, our electricity got shut off. I know, it happened to me and my husband, a neighbor who is no longer with us and my husbands brother who also committed suicide. Welcome to the American dream. The rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer. : )
