Litigation

You have the right for legal representation paid by the court. You can also be represented by legal counsel for the rights of your sister although I do not understand since at the age of 17 in many states you do not have to go to high school anymore or need a guardian (some states not all. Legal age is 18) Unless you are running about too and have other actions against you (example: drugs, prostitution, drunk driving, etc...) I am not a lawyer. Far from it, but you can ask for legal representation (an attorney) to fight for you and your sister. Don't depend on this web site. We are all a bunch of yo-yo's and most do not even do the research.

The third is that once a number is changed from Sprint to Boost, its network is going to stay the same, but usually will require new equipment. If your phone runs on the iDEN network (just about every Motorola phone model starting with the letter 'i', sometimes called "Nextel" models), you can attempt to switch the SIM card to a Boost compatible model, but this isn't recommended as it can cause huge provisioning issues that will eventually render your phone useless (and believe me, these are vile situations. I've had a few in my time, some as far as 5 years down the road, and it's hell for even a Sprint tech rep to figure out what's wrong if you try this). If your phone runs on the CDMA network (every other model of phone offered by Sprint) you'll need to purchase a Boost compatible phone outright. Either way, I recommend purchasing a Boost phone and be done with it.

A legal name change is easy and cheap. For $380 my wife changed her legal name from Ann to Anna. Kind of silly but it was important to her

You can purchase such forms at msot book stores. Many lawyers use them as well.

Payroll truncated the last 4 letters of my new married last name. They are concerned this might affect me with W-2/tax returns, as IRS checks against SSN (and I did update my new legal name with Social Security). Same number of course, but my W2's will cut off last 4 letters of last name. Will the missing letters on W-2 be the huge headache they are predicting?.

HOBBIES and INTERESTS:. Reading. Creative writing. Drawing. . REFEREES:. Please don't waste my time with online translation sites. They do not work to the degree of accuracy I require, and I will know if you have used one, even if you don't tell me..
