Your state does not show a method where an individual that . is not a dealer can place a mechanics lien on a vehicle. In . some states it is called a Labor, and/ or Storage Lien. Most . times this method is listed in the DMV regulations, and the . law, but all I have found is listed for dealers only. You can . check the actual laws on this at your public library, or with . the state DMV to see. People have many times just . abandoned vehicles on the property of someone, and that . property owner just never had them towed as they were . just going to charge the owner for storage if they came . back for the car. Your DMV is the only one that can tell . you if there are any exemptions allowed for a non-dealer.

I'll give you my reason: When I was very young, about 12 and younger, I forwarded chain mails (usually in the form of emails and texts back then) out of fear that a ghost really would come chop my head off at midnight. I was already a very anxious child, and sitting up all night wondering if I'm going to get slaughtered tonight because I didn't forward than chain mail terrified me, no matter how illogical it seemed, so I deemed it best to just forward it. When I stopped sending chain mail is after I really sat down and thought how ridiculous they are, why on earth would a ghost send a text message or email? And if it didn't, who is the sorcerer that is communicating with these spirits and writing their commands in text message form? It just didn't make sense, so I stopped. It was like withdrawal at first, I had pretty bad anxiety the first few times I ignored the chain mails, but after a while it became entertaining to read them without sending them. I also tried starting my own chain mail once, I just thought it would be cool to see something that I started spread and have so many other people see it, and have it come back to me. It didn't work though, and I never tried it again after that, I think I was just bored..

If the account was for utilities - electric, cable, phone, etc., then it falls under the UCC for a 4 year collecting SOL

A Power of Attorney is a document in which you appoint someone else to act on your behalf on matters that you specify. It can be made to start immediately, or upon mental incapacity. It CANNOT be used to designate someone to make medical decisions for you in the event that you are unable. . A DURABLE Power of attorney is for designating someone else to act on your behalf on matters of your healthcare. Should you become unable to make decisions for yourself - the person whom you designate in the durable power of atty - can make those decisions for you.
