I am self-employed as a sole practitioner. My practice is limited to military law and security clearance law issues. I travel the world to any location where there is a military base or U.S. military personnel assigned for my trial cases and administrative hearings. In my practice about two-thirds of my time is taken with litigating court-martials (criminal trials), usually to a members panel (jury). A portion of my practice relates to appellate litigation; a portion relates to administrative law issues incident to military service, and a portion to security clearance litigation.

Hi there, I'm currently a freshman in college in search of a job close to campus. I have visited several small stores in the vicinity, and they all want a resume. I was still in high school the last time I made one, and I can't really remember what I need to include. All I have now is a cover letter. So, my first question is what I need in my resume.. I also am wondering if different kinds of jobs require different information. (The only jobs I can do currently are minimum-wage retail, and it seemed odd to me that they wanted a resume...) thank you for your help! I greatly appreciate it!.
A big misconception is that Nurses are 'just degree Nurses' and only have theoretical knowledge. I mean no offence but that is quite an ignorant statement. Nursing is no longer about just making tea etc. Nurse training does not end after 3 years, you learn for the rest of your life. Each day on the ward is experience and you learn something new.. . The roles of Nurses have now changed and we have actually taken on the roles of some of what the junior Doctors once did. To compensate for what Nurses don?t have the time to do, more health care assistants are employed on the wards to do jobs such as obs, personal care and bed changing etc.
What information should I definitely put on a CV? How should I structure it?
