• John Zwerling, known as an aggressive criminal defense litigator, has a wide range of experience in complex grand jury, trial and appellate advocacy, including considerable knowledge in the area of Fourth Amendment search and seizure law and Fifth Amendment issues. After serving as a Naval Boat Group Commander in Viet Nam, John graduated from the American university’s Washington College of Law in 1970.

  John is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and served as President of the Alexandria Bar Association (July 2001 - June 2002). My mother has been living with me in Florida since my dad's death 2005. She moved from one Florida city to another Florida city to be with me, her daughter. Some medling neices of hers started to portray Youngstown, Ohio (my mother's birth place) as a better place for her to live. They whisked her off on Thanksgiving Day to an assisted living facility in Youngstown, Ohio. Within two weeks, she almost died because her blood sugar dropped down to 45 and then she was hospitalized. While hospitalized up there, she contracted pneumonia and a bowel infection. I just flew up to see her. She is so weak and she is now on the nursing home side. Her stools are so loose that the infected fecal matter crawls up her back and runs down her legs. They are giving her chicken broth and diet gingerale to live on.

Well there is different formatting techniques and it usually depends on the teacher's preference. Some prefer your address on the far right side, and the college address on the left side. Some prefer yours to be centered, like on a header, and the college a few lines down. I personally prefer everything on the left side, with your address first, followed 2 lines down by the college's.

I opened a bank account with Abbey around 6 months ago. A current account which has no charges. I havent put any money into the account and I havent spent any.
