  • I was born and raised in Albuquerque, where I also received both of my degrees.? After Law School, I moved to southeastern New Mexico and spent several years advocating for abused and neglected children as a Guardian ad Litem.? The Majority of my years in practice have focused on the issues that face our families, from the joys of Adoption to the difficulties of divorce.? I believe that our children are our state’s most precious resources and I mold my practice after this belief.

what were you intending to do with the images anyway??? if they were to be used to boost your portfolio, she could scupper that... and pretty much ANYTHING you might want to do with them... if you put all her demands in a contract, she'll have you by the balls and could FORCE you to remove her images from EVERYTHING you are trying to do...

My friend has also recently found out that his family plans to steal his money before his death. They have already tried to a few weeks ago, but were discovered and right now one of his sisters faces prosecution for grand theft. Obviously, this has not detered the rest of the family.

Advance Directive is the umbrella term for all instructions you leave for your family and healthcare providers to follow in the event you are unable to make your own wishes known. A living will is an advance directive (though be aware this sometimes changes state to state) that specifically deals with the interventions you might or might not want should you be appropriate for ventilator, artificial nutrition/hydration and the like. Other Advance Directives are Do Not Resuscitate Orders (needing to be signed by a physician) and Do Not Intubate Orders (both being self-explainatory). The more effective Advance Directive, in my opinion, is the Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare. In this document, the principal (the one for whom the document is intended) names an agent (and successor agents, should that be desired) to make substitutive decisions for the patient in the event the patient is unable to make them. The patient can also in writing let his/her wishes be known to the agent. In other words, you could say that the Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare contains within it a Living WIll, which is why I prefer it. I hope this helps!

I currently a high school senior and I am considering getting my real estate license over the summer. As a incoming college student I see an opportunity to sell apartments to fellow college students, have knowledge of how to buy my future house, and have the ability to sell future house to high school and college friends. I don't plan to work full time but to sell on an occasional basis when the opportunity presents itself. I've heard some of the basics qualifications and necessary steps needed but I am still unsure about much of the process. As far as I know there is class I can take either online or in person that costs anywhere from $500-$1500, then I would need to be signed to a brokerage where I would work. It would be great to hear from someone who has been through this process and has some experience. If you have any tips, guides, or helpful advice that would be great to hear.. . Thanks, Zach.
