Letter to my housing association...advice on letter writing needed please?

How would I find out IF a person had power of attorney or not? I searched at the courthouse but it is not recorded there. I suspect if power of attorney was obtained, it was illegal. The person who relinquished power of attorney, is illiterate. She could not read OR understand what she was signing.. WHO would have to show it to me? I can't ask the person who I suspect. I want to bring charges against her/him..

How to send email from a HTML web form?

Need help with salutations, and format of letter?THX.

From what I know, a contract or agreement is legal as long as both parties agree to terms and conditions verbally or written. If that's the case, why do professional contracts include strange words such as: Witnesseth, Whereas, Hereto...etc..? Are these words necessary in a written contract? If I were to make a simple agreement for me and a friend (over a matter of $500-$1000) and we both agreed and signed, would that hold up in court?.

So im going to write a letter to my grandparnets i dont know what to write about though.
