My dad drove his car to Virgina where my brother lives and then flew back to Washington, leaving his car there. Yesterday a semi drove into the apartment parking lot and damaged the car, as well as six others. The car legally belongs to my dad. He can't go back to Virginia right now to handle this and wants to transfer the power of attorney regarding anything pertaining to this situation to my brother. How do I draft the power of attorney form for that? I'm not sure how to specify exactly what he is allowed to do because I don't know if there will be a lawsuit yet or not. Please help.. .
