  • Bob was born and raised in Southern California. He attended the University of Redlands, graduating cum laude in 1978 with a Bachelor's Degree in English. He attended Loyola Law School's Evening Division while working full time as a Correctional Officer in the Maximum Security SHU unit at the California Institution for Men at Chino. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Loyola in 1985 and was admitted to practice in California in December, 1985.

In the Fall of 1982, Bob accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior, a decision that completely changed the course of his life. Law school was no longer about preparation for a prestigious career; it was about preparation for a ministry of helping people who are financially broken.

Bob was an associate in a mid-sized Christian law firm in downtown Los Angeles for the first 10 years of his practice and later opened his own practice to be closer to home. From the beginning of his practice he has worked exclusively in the area of Debtor/Creditor law, representing debtors, creditors, Chapter 7 Trustees, Receivers and Assignees for the Benefit of Creditors.

Bob met his wife, Susan, at a church Bible Study. They were married in 1984 and have 4 Children, one of which went to be with the Lord following a miscarriage. His family relocated with him to North Carolina in 2006. Bob started with Gillespie & Murphy in 2007, working as the Office Manager for the Wilmington Office while he studied for the North Carolina Bar Exam. Bob was admitted to practice in North Carolina in August of 2008 and now exclusively represents debtors in consumer and small business Chapter 7 and 13 cases out of the Firm's Wilmington Office.

I'm leaving my job in a couple of months because my husband got a really good job across the country, so we're moving.

Limited power of attorney forms are VERY state specific and must be recorded and the bank must approve the form PRIOR to the closing.. . You need to call your closing attorney....that is the person who MUST draw up the document and it must be specific to the transaction.

Way too long.. You are just repeating what should be on your resume..

WOW! Congratulations to your son. What a joyous occasion for your whole family.. Senior year is volunteer year. Be actively involved in the PTSA and the Class fund raisers. Chaperon school dances, plays, concerts, sports/game, and the sports buses, too. . Host parties (Halloween and a haunted house, the day after Thanksgiving kid's football game and a turkey soup lunch, Christmas caroling party (print the words to the songs for each caroler), New Years party, etc. Both chaperoned and unchaperoned co-ed overnights are common.

Yes, on the last day of the grace period, go to court and file for eviction for non-payment and have it served on them legally. They will likely try to stay, but you will be able to have the Sheriff's or Marshals or whoever does the formal move-outs in Illinois perform their duties sooner than the end of the month. However, if the renters choose not to pay, all you may be able to do is send it to collection.

A cover letter is most effective if it is tailored to the specific job being advertised. You'll want to include the job you are applying for, where you saw the job advertised or how you came to find out about the job, your qualifications and relevant work experience and how that prepares you for the job you are applying for, show some enthusiasm for the job you are applying for, and close by thanking the person for their consideration and invite them to get in contact with you to discuss the opportunity further.. . I am in the business of writing letters for people. If you need some assistance, feel free to get in touch with me via Yahoo Answers and I will provide you my contact information.
