Can I change my name to Yahoo Answers?

#1 example -. . The standard procedure for change of name is to apply to the Executive Magistrate of the City in the form of an affidavit requesting change of name.

Is this the reason the people are believing the Untruths from the repubs?

A Legal Secretary mainly answers the telephone and does things for the attorney that he/she is specifically told to do.. . A Legal Assistant has more responsibility, and even though everything is still technically under the "umbrella" of the attorney he/she is working for, a Legal Assistant makes more independent decisions.. . For example, a Legal Secretary might type up a letter that is dictated by the attorney. A Legal Assistant might draft up a letter for a specific matter, to be reviewed and signed by the attorney.. . WARNING: Do NOT go into the field of Law. Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST right now. This is NOT a good field to invest in right now. Reasons: There are simply too many attorneys right now, very bad economy, many people today (mistakenly) think they can do their own legal work thanks to the WWWeb, there are WAY TOO MANY law schools churning out WAY TOO MANY graduates for today's economy.. . Suggestion: Go into the field of Healthcare <<< LOTS of jobs there right now!!!.

My husband and I just got married, he is in the Army and Just left for Germany, I will be leaving with him soon. I need to figure out how we can switch power of attorney from his parents to me, that way I can enroll into Tricare Prime instead of standard. I am really stressed because no one on base seems to be able to help me. AND we have no way of talking w/o running up a ridculous phone bill!! Please someone help me!. I called the tricare office by my house yesterday, they said I had to have power of attorney in order to change it. They told me I would have to drive to the nearest army post to do anything, which is a lie bc Fort Gordon said we could go anywhere that was a military post/base aand it wouldnt matter. We do have skype and a magic jack (not sure if its gonna work but its worth a try). I made an appt after explaing my sit. They said all I needed as my ID (again another story) I get there and they said I need proof of POA. I told them he just landed in Germany and was kinda busy. I asked why I couldnt go off just my military ID, and they said they could. But they still want my POA paper work. IDK what to do at this point, I do have health insurance, but as a Navy Brat I do know Prime is way better. And no one has been able to help me. This is so stressful!!.
