If there is a clause in the power of attorney, that the attorney appointed by you can appoint another agent to do all or any of the acts mentioned in the powers of attorney, the power of attorney issued to Y can not be cancelled even you you cancel the power of attorney originally issued by you to X since the power of attorney issued by X to Y was was prior to cancellation of the original attorney. You can only recover the money from X and if you fail to receive the money file a case under section 148 of the negotiable instrument act.

how to get a special power of attorney for taxes?

I know I am supposed to include the phrase "as is" in there but is there a website that has a contract already written that I can print off?.

What is the best free web hosting?

If you sign for him as POA, you are not liable.... . Please make sure any time you sign anything on his behalf that you follow your name with those letters 'POA'. If you accidentally sign as a responsible party you could be held liable.... . Even then with the help of a lawyer you can get out of liability but lawyers are expensive so always sign on his behalf with POA after your name....

I guess she just wants me to certify that she is in fact renting my place and has a address. It's in Los Angeles.. . Thanks!!.
