How do I word a power of attorney form?

Broken Overseas Service agreement?

My mom remarried and the is losing her mind (unfit to make desicions due to stress Doctor ordered) her husband is trying to sell their home could i take power of attoney of her is she agrees even though the doctors have claimed she shouldnt make any major desicions.

I want guideline or example of real letters.

It didn't seem like this posted the first time so I'm reposting. Sorry for doing so in case others did actually see it.. . I just discovered that a so-called "friend" has used not just one but FIVE of my images on her Web site for a wedding we shot in March. I was her second shooter and there was no payment, no explicit contract written out over usage or ownership. I handed her the images to give to the client and she is now passing them off as her own.. . My fiance and I reviewed her images and the pictures I shot from my files and they are definitely the exact same shots. There is possibly a 6th and 7th but it appears I may have tossed those as "bad shots" while organizing my files. If she has the disc in her possession still the EXIF data would show my camera the one being used, not hers.. . I have e-mailed her requesting she removes these immediately. Right now, it seems that's my only option until she responds. I'm guessing she foolishly assumed I'd never see the site. . What would you do if you were me? Clearly this is copyright and misrepresentation so I'm just curious as to what you all would do.. . Would prefer experienced photographers answer this question but this is Yahoo! so I know there will be a few who aren't chiming in.. Ha! Noticed I missed the word "would". My apologies.. . Another thing I find interesting is that she is trying to apply for a job at the same company my fiance works for as a photographer (and he's one too). Won't look too good if it gets out that she has stolen another photographer's work.. Kevin: Thanks for the advice. She got this job as a last minute gig from another photographer who had to bow out and was paid in cash (and not much). There seemingly were no contacts and I was a last minute choice of photographer to help her out. She doesn't officially have her own company yet so it was just me helping a friend.. . I agree I should have gotten it in writing but it was so last minute it was never thought of it.. . She simply has these images which I can match EXACTLY to the files I have on my computer. There is no credit given to me whatsoever..
