• I am a founding and managing partner of The Tyler Peery Law Firm. I practice throughout all of the counties of Texas and have personally tried cases in South Texas, the Texas Hill Country and the Panhandle. My basic desire is to help people who have been hurt or wronged as a result of someone’s negligence or wrongful act.

  My partner, Dennis C. Peery, and I started this firm in 1990. At that time, it was just the 2 of us. Since then, we have grown from 2 attorneys to 6 attorneys. Our practice is devoted almost exclusively to a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Practice. Many of our current clients are repeat clientele and we receive many referrals from other attorneys in and around San Antonio who place their confidence in us to help them and their clients when faced with personal injury matters.

  My family roots go back to the very beginning days of Texas history and the Alamo. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 1983 and graduated from St. Mary’s Law School in 1986. I passed the State Bar exam the first time I took it and became licensed in November 1986. In the first couple of years of my practice, I worked with an insurance defense oriented firm and soon realized that I did not feel comfortable representing insurance companies and providing a defense to them in personal injury cases. With a leap of courage and a hopeful outlook for the future, I left that firm and started Tyler and Peery in late 1989 and early 1990 which was the best decision that I ever made in my professional practice. I have found it both rewarding and honorable to represent those who are in need.

  I am licensed to practice law in all state courts of Texas since 1986 and have been a member of the State Bar since that date. I am licensed to practice law in Federal Court for the Western District of Texas. I have been a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA) for many years. I am rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and am?board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

  My practice involves all aspects of personal injury claims and wrongful death litigation but my main focus usually involves 18 wheeler cases, automobile cases and premises liability. I have sued and recovered from some of the largest corporations in America.

You still have to fight for clinical spots. We just signed up for our third semester and the online class shared the clinical space with the option B students. Meaning they had to pick from the option B clinicals. (Our school divides up the students among 3 options for lecture so that way people are with their classmates for clinical and if there was a lab, they had to pick a lab from that option.
