i want to change my last name and i am under 18. My mom has no problem with me wanting to change it, but do i need my fathers permission if he has been in prison 90% of my life and i don't consider him my father? I am asking this because i no longer want to have a part of him in my name, i know that he will not want me to change my name, but does he really get a say in it if he's in prison and when he was out he was on heroin and never kept a promise? Please answer the question it is important to me and by the way i live in Northern California if that helps....

The block letter format has every line starting flush with the left margin and a blank space between paragraphs. Below is a format to be used for writing employment cover letters. .

just have to go thru the courts

example on application letters?

You should find out how formal the letter should be. There are various levels of register in Japanese. They are basically divided into 1. casual, 2. honorific (very polite/formal) and 3. the generic desu-masu form that is somewhere between those two. There are subdivisions as well. It is important to know the level of politeness before you can determine how to write the letter

Weird I know, but my mother isn't the most reliable source of true information..
