• Paul, who began practice with the firm in 1999, is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia, advises clients regarding estate planning, business planning, Inc's, LLCs and partnerships, mergers/acquisitions, land use and real estate development. Paul has served as an elected official of the Greencastle Borough Council and taught business law and ethics as an adjunct instructor at Penn State - Mont Alto. Paul served a one-year appointment to the US Department of State as a member of a Provincial Reconstruction Team in Iraq and he has been an invited participant at the Strategic Implementation Seminar at the US Army War College.?
