You need a Special Power of Attorney. Go to a law office in your area and tell the the situation. Your mother will also need to see an attorney. You write up a Special Power of Attorney with your attorney and they will fax it to your mother attorney where she will sign it. they in turn should fax the signed copy back to you so you have a copy.

is there a website that gives samples of intro to business letters?

Hello, I Live in Wyoming and my daughter was born in Mexico 3 weeks ago. She and my girlfriend are Mexican citizens, however my daughter has not been registered over there because I would like for her to have my last name (This makes the immigration process easier later on). The one little problem is that I have to be present during registration in order for me to be listed as the father. Its nearly impossible for me to be there within a month, my girlfriend was told by the people at the Registro Civil (Civil Registration) that if someone had power of attorney over me they could represent and sign for me during registration. I just dont know what kind of document I need and what kind of notarization (I heard something about an apostille). I have friends and family in mexico that could represent me but i just dont know how to give them authorization. I was born in the US and I have dual citizenship.

Hi, My name is Cara, i am a mum of 2 lovely daughters, one of whom is in higher education and the other is homeschooled (who is a teenager). I joined this site because I'm in DESPERATE need of help.. . Basically, I found an assessment via a family friend whos son is doing this and gave he template to me for my daughter to do.. . Paragraph 1:. -Talk about hobbies you do (inc musical instuments), why you like them, when you do them. -talk about hobbies you do not like and say why. -say what you can do at the leisure centre. . Paragraph 2:. -say what you and your family will do next week. -say what you and your family did on holiday last year. . The only problem is that her father has been teaching her french and I do not know how to do this, although she has spent 6 weeks on this and needs to do an assessment now (at the same time as the other children) so I can't change it to something I know now.. . So could someone help me out and write an example based on this template? I would really be so grateful if you could as her father is in Russia at the moment and cannot help. :(. I'm not doing her homework, it is an example for when I mark it :).

A Living Will is a document that legally states the person does not want any extraordinary procedures to be done at the time of their death. It is also called an Advanced Directive. That is not the document you need.. . A Will can be drafted by a licensed attorney in your state to include a clause stating who should be guardian of your children if you should die before they reach the age of majority (18). The attorney can also include a clause that sets up a financial trust, a trustee, and instructions that any money which is passed to the child should be put into the trust for their welfare/education.
