You need to get a layer, unfortunately she doesn't have to change her last name. If she refuses there is nothing you can do. Start paying child support now by using a check so it can be tracked to show that you are taking care of the child, it will look good in court too. Keep track of everything that is said and done if you have any contact with her because you don't want to have anything said against you so document everything. Hopefully this can be worked out without court but be prepared anyway. But I suggest paying child support before you are ordered to and ask her for visitation, if she says no then take her to court you have a right to see her. Good luck.

Contact people from all over the world. Talk about your ideas and opinions on Internet discussion groups. Send e-mail to interesting people. Learn about their life and culture. . Travel more easily. Communicate with people wherever you go ? English is spoken in more than 100 countries (source). Ask directions, have a conversation, or... ask for help. Who knows, maybe English will save your life someday! . Push your career forward. If you want a good job in business, technology, or science, get out of that armchair and start learning English now! (If you already have a good job, start learning before you lose it!)

Almost none

Pro se means you are going to represent yourself, without a lawyer. Ex parte means there will be a hearing without all parties present, which in this case sounds like it means they will make a ruling without him being present. If you have copies of any previous pleadings that have been filed in this case, just use them as a template to file a pleading for this matter--or, look on the Wisconsin Family Court website, they may have forms they want you to use that you can download. If either of those don't work, call the court on Monday and ask them where you can get a proper pleading form if you are representing yourself (pro se).. . Good luck, I hope you get your money! But it is odd that child support enforcement (state agency) isn't handling this for you.

A letter of credit is a letter issued by a bank promising that something will be paid. It is something mainly used by businesses for international transactions involving LOTS of money (say $1,000,000).

So no and yes it depends on your specialty and if you want to do research or not. No not all post- residency medical fellowships require research depending on your choice of fellowship program, such as a fellowship for cardiac surgery, orthopedic surgery, or pediatric care which don't require additional research.
