estate planning

Ok so I want some photography subjects/models so I can move up in the photography world and have some interesting pictures. I was just about to take out an add on craigslist that would go somewhat like this. "Photographer looking for models ages 16-21. Call to set up meeting time [my phone number] at [local coffee shop] for auditions.". . So how legal is this? Do I need a line that reads like this?. "Minors must bring form of legal consent from parent/guardian.". . Mostly my deal would be, that I'm not going to pay them, but they will have the same access to my portfolio as I do. So when I want to move up in the photography world I use those pics, and when they want to move up in the modeling world they can use those pics.?. . Good? bad? Comments? .

How to write a formal letter?

The Living Will and the Out of Hospital Do Not Resuscitate orders are legally binding.. . The problem that some people have, is their family members and those members not wanting or ready to let go.. . Anytime you check into a hospital, one of the first questions they ask is 'do you have advanced directives', and if you do 'where are they'? If you have a copy at the hospital you are checking into, then there should be no question as to them following them or not. Stay in communication with your physician, and whatever you do, make sure that your family KNOWS what you want or don't want done.

My Step father is termially ill in hospital and can no longer walk. His daughter has manged to get him to give her POA. She opened an account in his name and removed ?12K from his joint account with his wife (my mother) I believe his daughter has engineered this. Is this legal, has my mother any rights to recover the money. He has done this as he has been convinced my mother will not be able to look after him once he is released They were happily married before he went hositpal. My Mother scared and confused. The house is owned outright and in joint names, can they force her to sell the house? His daughter has a very bad credit rating and I think she is taking for the money for herself knowing he has not long to live. Answers from legal representatives appreciated..

You can do it anywhere you have established residency. The reason you need to publish it because if anyone has any objection such as trying to avoid paying a debt or avoiding some sort of legal issue, they will be able to see the publication and go to court to object to the name change. It is, essentially, for the protection of all concerned.
