How do I officially change my last name?

After just recently starting my own roofing company and posting an ad on Kijiji I started to get calls from people offering me there services in regards to advertising. I seem to be having an issue with one of these so called adverting companies in particular. After a lengthy sales pitch I told them that it was something I would be interested in, but after several issues regarding mis-communication and pushy sales people I pretty much told them to jam it, that I would not be using there services. I just received an invoice in the mail and after doing so I called to once again make it clear that I would not be using there services, according to them I have a legal obligation. I literally hung up on this guy three times for him only to keep calling me back threatening me.. Where do I stand on this?. go figure they advertise ubder "Online Legal Directory".

whats a special needs trust?

"breach of this agreement will cause harm and Company may enforce this agreement without posting a bond."

Ok, so i would love to help my brother. He has this disease where his liver is very unhealthy and his medicen and surgerey is very expensive. I heard you could donate a part of youf liver to a family member. Please give me every detail in what happens and everything!!! THANKS

I'm Canadian, so I'm unfamilar with your laws, but in Canada you are not required to write your SIN ( our SSN) on a job application. In some ways it can be a little unprofessional to write it. I think you're being smart. Most resumes/applications go in the trash without being shredded.. . Personally I always write N/A. Will discuss at interview may sound like you aren't legally able to work in the states. You have to fill out forms when you get hired anyway.. . Or I would write "upon request" or available on request. Then it's really clear that you DO have one, and will provide it when needed.
