Name Change Question...?

At this stage in the game I am assuming the child doesn't have any experience...so what I was told to do was when you send your child's photo, on the back put name, birth date & contact number and to include short note telling them what you are seeking (modeling, commercials, etc)...that is all you really need...I've sent them to Ford and Wilhelmina in the past...include and SASE so they can send you a letter and your pictures back...they will either tell you yes they are interested or no they are not.... . and if you get a no, don't worry, I would continue to send it every 6 months or so while your child is growing and keeps changing...Good luck!!!

take no notice of people who telling you can change the name on a birth certificate.. once the names have been entered you cannot even alter spelling mistakes never mind a name.. you can change you name by deed poll quite easy but your name stays the same on the birth certfificate until the day you die.. not under any circumstances can the birth register be altered and you cannot get a replacement birth certtificate in any other name than name first registered.. this answer is for the UK only dont know what any other countries rules are

How about setting a limit on the hours spent in support of any one client for the 20% fee, after that a billable per hour rate applies? Then you can be reasonable about what hours are charged against the client's covered number of hours and what hours go to product deficiencies or are in the interests of all customers.

I have few accounts that are stated as "write-off," from the original creditors, from my understanding is that if pay I will set the SOL all over again....Im not sure if I am correct or not, pls correct me. Although some said write-off, I still receive letters and calls from collecting agencies. Just today I made a payment to on of the write-off accounts without doing my hw first. Does that mean the clock has set back to it's original state and now it won't get remove from my credit report for 7 years all over again? I still have 4 collecting agencies keep sending me letters, should I pay them too? I am working very hard, trying to borrow money and save as much a month as possible to pay off because I want to clean up my mistakes, but is it a good idea? One other question is that while I was reviewing my credit report, I saw a debt that recently went into collection. The problem is that it states the account was appoint January 2008, and I havent open any credit card since 2005..... to continue, should I call the creditor/collection agencies to dispute this? Does the open date on the report means the date the credit card was open? help! Thank you!.
