Hello, for the past seven years I have been working on my own sites or creating mods for income. I am pretty knowledgeable in php, mysql, html, with little javascript and CSS knowledge. I know most of the CSS values, but have trouble creating a fully CSS template without any html. Anyway, I consider myself to be a php/mysql guy, and with this economy I think it would be less stressful for me if I could just go to work, do my job, and go home without worrying about finding more freelance work on an hourly basis.

Say I set up an online account with a brokerage and aside from investing myself, I want to invest on behalf of a few friends. Instead of setting them up as secondaries to my account, I'd run all their investments as if they were my own. I would have to pay capital gains tax on it myself, but my friends would pay compensation for that (in cash). Is this legal? Would I be committing fraud in some way? Tax is still being paid on the capital gains, but i'm not sure if transfering the profit on to a friend would result in fraud if they didn't report it. I can't see them ALSO being taxed on it, as that would be a double tax. Can this be done?.

As salam alaykoum :(. . I ask a question and please answer respectfully and im rather upset. I wish that I can take my husbands name as i just got married recently.. My husband to would like that to happen.. . My father is a kafir and has left me , i havent seen him for 7 years , i dont even know his appearence now , most the people he knows wont even know i exist .Therefore keeping his name as identification isnt even valid.... I want to take my husbands name , he has cared for me more than my father who walked out on us all..... I am a revert muslim...am i allowed to change my first name AND last name .Can I change my name completely and use my husbands name as my surname?.... please reply quickly my thoughts are a jummble :(. i mean if its islamicly acceptable , like is it an option to change my surname...not weather it is acceptable in my country ...i dont give a damn bout what my country says over my religon. jay-z i am a revert muslim i came to islam myself , my father is not a muslim , i will follow islam untill the end...and yes...i WILL do what some religon tells me...tyvm.... ??????????. ...if it is haraam to be rid of my fathers name could i add my husbands name as a kinda middle name thing . and get a muslim first name while i keep my fathers surname.... ??????????.
