does anyone have a sample of a template for an official letter of intent?

. includes punctuation marks - although you can have a hyphen to link forenames or surnames (for example, if you want a double-barrelled surname) and an apostrophe in the case of surnames like O'Brien

a leter requesting a loan agreement back 9 years.

usually a court order is the most efficient way to change names (which would be applied for in a state court) (except at marriage, which has become a universally accepted reason for a name change). It is necessary to plead that the name change is not for a fraudulent or other illegal purpose (such as evading a lien or debt, or for defaming someone).. . The applicant may be required to give a somewhat reasonable explanation for wanting to change his name. A fee is generally payable, and the applicant may be required to post legal notices in newspapers to announce the name change. Generally the judge has limited judicial discretion to grant or deny a change of name, usually only if the name change is for "frivolous" or "immoral" purposes, such as changing one's name to "God," "Superman," "Copyright," or "Delicious.". . In 2004, a Missouri man did succeed in changing his name to "They." [2] The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled that a name change to "1069" could be denied, but that "Ten Sixty-Nine" was acceptable (Application of Dengler, 1979), and the North Dakota Supreme Court denied the same request several years before (Petition of Dengler, 1976).[3][4]. . In nearly all states, one cannot choose a name that is intended to mislead (such as adopting a celebrity's name),that is intentionally confusing, or that incites violence

Well you have a free will.. . Satan, and the fallen angel's have a free will.. . And God has His will.. . The will of God is that all should be saved. Saved from what? Saved from the grip of Satan. . Satan is the father of all lies, and known as the great deceiver, and he is great at both lying and deceiving. He hates all of mankind for we are made in the image of God. Satan hates the living God, for he wanted to become as God and this did not work out to well for Satan. He gets cast from down from heaven. Now he is madder than mad at the living God, so what is his next big ideal to get back at God with? Destroying all that that the Living God has ever made and created. God made mankind in His own image. Satan hates this and therefore is working real hard to get get all of mankind to follow him to his destination which he knows is the pits of hell and outer darkness forever in the end. So the will of Satan is to destroy mankind and the heaven's and earth. He is the destroyer of life and all that is intended for good.. Satan destroys men, women, and children it matters not to him as long as he is doing his will and getting rid of all that God intended for good.. . The will of God is that all should live a good life and prosper in what we do.. . The will of God is that we will follow after that which is good, and not after that which will bring to us harm, and destruction.. . What is the will of mankind, being that we were born into a sinful world? The will of mankind is to seek out what is good for only them. It is a me thing. We are born with a sin nature to do that which is good in our own eye's. That is why God has asked us to follow after His will. God is good, and all His ways are good and perfect, and just.. He wants us to choose His will for He sent His Son Jesus into this world to redeem us back from the evil one Satan.. Jesus went into hell to fight Satan for the keys to death and hell. Satan lost and now I would suppose he is even more madder. Jesus now has the keys of death and hell and now we have a choice of whose will we want to follow after. The will of Him who paid a high price that we have a choice of where we want to spent eternity or choose the will of him who could care less and would love for all mankind to follow after his wickedness and evil ways, or to do the will of our own self which will in the end lead us into destruction of ourselves.. . The tree of the knowledge of good and evil represents human autonomy, that is, self-rule and an assumed independence from God in all areas of life.. It should have taught us that the ways of mankind are evil and selfish and separate from the living God we can do nothing that has lasting value to it.. That only God is good and our goodness comes from Him along, and that He gives to us His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding when we come to Him.. . We should glean from it, that what God's says He will do, He will do it, and He will bring it to pass in His season.. . But many have gleaned nothing from it for they do not believe in the living God, nor believe His ways, so therefore they have no knowledge of Him, and they continue to live a rebellious life. The Bible says that rebellion is like unto witchcraft, and it will destroy one.. Refusing the living God is just rebellion. Mankind rebelling against their creator to live after their flesh. Being deceived by the great deceiver that they walk after, and by their own thoughts and ideals. Thoughts and ideals are good and can be productive as long as they are kept in the will of Him who is good, and wants what is good for all.. . I choose to follow His will, and live the best I can in His will, knowing that if I get outside His will He will bring me back.. I have over the pass fifty something yrs. found that His ways works far better than mine, and that mine will is not all that I thought it would be, and find myself needing His help in helping me straighten out my will for it would have my life in a mess.

It's a smart thing to do because of two things 1. The state of our economy and where it's headed. 2. We live in a very ?litigious society.". . - 9 out of 10 lawsuits in the world are filed in North America. The US has the highest rate of lawsuits in the world, followed by the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.. . - A new lawsuit is filed every 30 seconds in the US. It is estimated that there are over 100,000 law school students in US law schools right now.. . - If you own a business or practice a profession, you have one chance in three of being named a defendant in a lawsuit in the next year, and it is only getting worse.. . Without asset protection, you could suddenly lose everything you?ve worked so hard for.. . Many people are completely unaware of one important legal fact of life?. . Once someone files a lawsuit against you ? or makes any other type of claim on your assets ? it?s too late to try to protect your wealth, or move it to a protected environment offshore. (To do so is called ?fraudulent conveyance? or ?concealment of assets? ? crimes in themselves).. . That means, if you wish to protect yourself, you have to act now, before it is too late. You must move your wealth offshore ahead of time for your asset protection plan to do any good. If you wait until you?re facing trouble, you will certainly be out of luck.. . Hope this helps!
