When you use the block form to write a business letter, all the information is typed flushleft, with one-inch margins all around..

an old teacher asked me if i would mind writing him a letter of reccomendation for a new position he is applying for. i am thrilled, i feel like its an honor, but i dont know how to continue past the "To whom it may concern" bit. i really would like it to sound professional and well written...any help?.

I need to set up a form on a webpage. Help?

Don't do the DIY approach. I've seen many people end up in legal fights becuase the DIY will kit wasn't specific enough.. . Also, depending on how big your estate is, I trust may be a better option for 2 reasons:. . 1) Wills are public information. 2) Wills are contestable in court. . Why is this important?

What are the responsibility of a poa?

My legal name is Cindy. I am and adult.. I live in the state of California and I want to change the spelling of my first name, it seems silly I know but it's something I've been thinking about for years. I've spelled my name "Xyndee" for a long time now and I pretty much use it everywhere, but I want to make it legal. Yeah, . I know it looks weird and all to some people but I mean I'm used to. how I spell it and it's my own personal preference so please don't. be mean about it or anything. Anywhoo..... Do I have to go through the whole court process? Or is there. a simpler way? How much would it cost? How do I get started?.
