Dear Sir or Madam,. . With regards to your job advertisment (fill in details) as advertised in (fill in details). I am requesting an application form for the aforementioned post.. . Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.. . Yours Faithfully,. . signature and name.

How would you address a cover letter when applying for a job online?

Obtaining power of attorney is different than actually adopting an adult as your legal child.. . For either circumstance, you'll need a judge's order since the person is mentally disabled. The judge will have to decide if it is in that person's best interests for you to either adopt them or act as their power of attorney.. . For a person who doesn't have a mental disability, all you'd need is the person's consent and signature by two witnesses to obtain POA. Speak to a family law lawyer, and decide which course is best to pursue.

Paxil withdrawal....How long does it Last!!??

I am getting married soon, but I have a six year old son from a previous relationship (not marriage.) Although his father pays sparatic child support, he has pretty much abandoned him and has no legal rights (visitation or otherwise.) My son currently has the same last name as me (his father refused to give him his name) my fiancee and I want to change his last name to Porter (this will be my married name) so that he doesn't feel left out. We don't want him to adopt him, just change his name. How do you go about this??. When I said "we" I meant my fiancee and I do not not want to go through the process of having him legally adopt him. It is too time consuming and cost too much.
