Prosecuted numerous claims for plaintiffs in major medical malpractice actions, personal injury cases, complex real estate litigation and employment law, resulting in significant verdicts and settlements. Represented major corporations in prosecution of civil trial matters involving trade secret violations and awarded favorable and substantial verdicts for clients including not only monetary recovery, but also injunctive relief. Prosecuted high-profile domestic relations and divorce cases. Founded first major computer processing system involving creditor's rights and in particular, landlord/tenant matters for General District Court cases in Eastern Virginia. Retired Commander, US Naval Reserve who served as Legal Officer while on active duty (1961-1965). Should you choose model if you were approached for a job in hollister?. . I got approached by Hollister today for a job with my friend, on the application I wasn't sure whether to choose Impact or Model my friend said we should both put model down even though I thought I would have a better chance of getting a job as an impact rather than a model. I don't think I'm attractive, obviously my friends and family tell me I am but I don't see it I don't have the typical hollister beachy/surfer look either. The girls who approached us were both tall with olive skin and were stunning and I look nothing like them..

You two did everything correct, there is nothing they can do to stop the decisions you two have made...Your husband signed the papers, he did not do this under duress (sp), he signed of his own free will.... They can try and sue you or stop you, the judge will throw this out of court...That paper you have gives you or him all rights under the law to make the choices you feel are right.... OK, this one is a bit technical, for all of the lawyers out there.. . I'm a paralegal student in California, and have a class project to type up a samle living (inter vivos) trust. My goal is, once I get it right, to prepare one for my own family's estate planning.. . The problem is that I'm searching LexisNexis for a template, and I've found a "Revocable Trust for Unmarried Settlor," "Marital Deduction Trusts," "QTIP and Bypass Trusts" but no "Living Trust," "Inter Vivos Trust," or "Revocable Trust for Married Settlor." Sadly, my instructor's only practical experience is in Family Law, so he's uncertain as to which trust would be most appropriate, but none of the titles I've found seem to be what I need. Can anyone guide me to what might be the correct template? If it were just for the assignment, it would not be a huge deal, I'd just pick one, but as I'd like to prepare one for my family, I'd really like to get the correct instrument.. . Thanks for any guidance you may be able to offer.. . Tom.
