I am selling some furniture. A buyer has paid me half of the amount due, but hasn't picked up the furniture yet. I want something signed saying that the buyer agrees to pay the balance by a certain time. How should I word it? Or where can I find a general form letter?.
The Microsoft Website has templates you can download for almost anything, from garage sales to employee reference letters. Try their website.
Application Cover Letter?
I seem to babble or over explain things in email so I'm trying to practice keeping it simple and to the point. Is there a certain format I could follow. Also, what is a good way to sign out. Should I just stick with Sincerely. I've seen so many different closings late. I just saw one recently that ended with Thanking you, I am. I thought that was weird. Thanks for your help..
Where Can I Create My Own Web Template without Paying?.?
I am going to try and go to community college for 2 years to take business/marketing, economics and business management. Then, while having a part time job, get an internship with a local company, after that go to real estate school, get hired with a local company as a buyers agent and after probably 5-7 years I would like to try and become a broker and start my own agency. But I have heard from a few broker friends that being a broker isn't that great. Anybody have some ideas on either how I could improve this plan or any advice?.
