So, I'm 15 and starting a simple company. I'm writing a contract that represents the customer and company relations that they need to sign off on in order to have service. Since I, personally, am not a party to that contract, could it be legally valid? Or since I own the company, would it still be invalid?. . If this is the case, then technically I could let one of my adult relatives basically own the company, and I would be the manager who has a legal contract, right?. . Whatever the case, I don't know, but I'd like a legally binding contract for the customers to sign on.. So, if, for example, my father owns a company that I basically run, I can write a contract between him and the customers that is legally binding, while still running the company?.
