I find it interesting that you want to buy the copyright, and not purchase just the "rights" or "permission" for the book. No writer in their right mind would give up their copyright, because that's giving up their hard work to someone else and giving them complete ownership. It's like saying I worked hard on this for a few years, worked hard at getting it published, and now you can have it and all its rights. No author will sign over the copyright to their work.

I am making a website and I needed some help with a HTML form.. . I need what they submit in a textarea and when they click done it will take them to like. . mypage/WHAT THEY SUBMITTED HERE. . inside the url..

Are they not telling you exactly what the POA is needed for? I'd sign it, as long as the POA clearly limited it to being able to transfer ownership of your specific vehicle (and I'd want the VIN listed on it). They probably need it so they can take the car from you, but not put it in their name, and do a direct transfer of title to the next buyer.

How do I draw up a business agreement for buying a very small business?

The only way you can change a minors last name is if both parents consent. If the father is involved he probably won't agree to it. Or if the father isn't involved the new husband can try to adopt her and then the name change will be automatic. But once again the father has to sign away his child. I think your going to have to toughen this one out.
