You'll present this paper to the driver's license people to change the name on your driver's license and must send a copy to the social security admin so they can change the name on your card (you do keep the old number). From that point on, when you apply for a credit card, a loan, buy a house, get married, go on to college, rent a home etc. you use your new name.

Do you think we should report the damage to the police as we are not able to claim on the insurance unless we accidentally broke it (which we didn?t as we were on holiday) or due to criminal damage.. I know it sounds harsh getting the police involved but it took 2 years to raise that money and we can not afford to replace it.

. . Ignore the comment from src50. WOL is AN answer. Whether it is the most economical depends on how much cover you need etc, which is why I suggested a number of solutions as opposed to dismissing everything bar one.. . Thank you Dan B. I was working on the assumption that the so-called insurance brokers posting on this thread knew that funeral plans were also WOL policies.. . Car253 - you may be honest, and I hope you're not suggesting that I, or anyone else isn't, but you are wrong in this case. Term assurance is clearly inappropriate for funeral cost planning! What happens if the life assured lives for 31 years? Good luck with justifying your 'honest' advice in court.. . Whether it's a unit-linked, guaranteed or funeral plan, WOL is the ONLY solution. No-one knows when they are going to die, so how can you recommend a term?

I'm 15 years old and I'm exploring career options. It seems like all of my friends know where their talents lie and are already prepared for the real world. They all have dreams their hearts are set on and I feel so completely lost. My career interests range from film to working in an art gallery to translator to real estate agent to optometrist to even marine biologist. I can see myself doing all of those things but there's always SOMETHING that turns me away from that career. I know I probably sound over-dramatic but I feel lost and I'm worried that I'll never find my place. I'd like to make a decent living and college isn't an issue. I know all the best universities for each field of study but I have no idea what to do! I guess my question is... how did you finally discover what you were meant to do? How long did it take? And was it worth it? And if you could suggest something for me.... . I'm not an outdoorsy person. I hate bugs. I'd rather not work in an office as cubicles tend to scare me. I don't mind a fast paced life but there's something about a simple, creative career that appeals to me. I'm really into psychology but research just isn't for me. I'm good in science, english, and foreign languages. I don't mind learning about other cultures and histories. I'm fluent in 3 languages. I'd like to live in Hawaii someday. I really hate math. If there's anything you can suggest, I'd be truly grateful. I just feel like I have no idea where my life is going and people tell me I'm too young but I can't help but think I'll get left behind and I want to have a handle on my life. Thanks!.

What is a cover letter about?

It depends on why you decided to become a lawyer in the first palce and the kind of law you practice. I was a prosecutor for 17 years, Originally I joined the DA's office to get rrial experience and I did , got tons of it. I had quite a few offers to leave and join presrtigous firms, but I cannot stand the idea of sitting in an office all day negotiating settlements on the phone with an insurance adjuster and doing depos. I kive to be in the courtroom, on trial. I get a rapid adenaline rush from it. I got alot of powe as the chief assistant da and prosecuted only homicide cass. I got much name recognition and was in the paper and on the local news alot. The pay was not great but in Louisiana Da's are pat time and our salaries are supplemented by the DA, police jury and grants so if you know how to work it you can get it up prettyhigh. The benefits are good, time is good, i did not answer to ayone and only had to be at work if i ahd court. In louisiana (not many other states allow this) but a da can also have a private practice to really bring in the income. After my divorce I eft the da's offcie and opened my own firm doing mainly crim defense and it has only been a year but is going very very well.. . Free tiem, don't have much b/c when you are on your own the more you work the more you make, yes hobknobbing with the elite is a perk, power and control i have to admit feels good. police do not give us tickets, clients buy us tickets to things like the BCS championship game, i love it
