I found a photographer who will do my wedding for free to bulk up her portfolio. Her work is quite wonderful, so I am quite excited, but I feel I need a contract. Our arrangement isn't traditional, so I don't want her to bail at the last minute (I don't know her well enough to know if she would do that or not). Can anyone give me an example of a wedding photography contract? Can they still bail despite a contract?.

My friend changed his name by Deed Poll in November of last year, and then afterwards applied for a passport. He used his new name for the passport obviously, and then in late december he went to usa to go visit his girlfriend, he was meant to be staying for 3 months on a visa thing but long story short, because he's 17 his parents wanted him back, so the authorities had to send him back. That's not the issue, the issue is the person who signed his deed poll is his grandmas friend, and they fell out shortly before he traveled to USA. And she is now denying signing his deep poll.. So, the USA authorities have said it's basically a fake passport. His mum has told him she spoke to the passport people in the UK and they said he's never be able to get another passport because they think he applied for a fake one, when he really didn't. He was planning on moving to the USA, what's going to happen? Is he banned for life from USA? Can he even apply for a new pasport anymore? They've cancelled his passport, I believe.. . Someone help, he doesn't know what to do..
