  • I take the tough cases.

I have eight years of civil litigation experience and have litigated cases in Centre, Blair, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Juniata Counties. I have handled family law cases including but not limited to divorces, support actions, and custody cases dealing with such issues as jurisdictional or venue issues, Guardian Ad Litem recommendations, Children and Youth involvement, psychological evaluations, grandparent custody, and third party custody. I have handled numerous high-conflict custody cases and will not hesitate to litigate a case in order to pursue a good result for you, my client.

My experience in civil litigation also encompasses experience handling Protection From Abuse, Unemployment Compensation, and Landlord/Tenant matters. I am familiar with Protection From Abuse proceedings and have experience navigating through the process to minimize the long-term impact they can have on divorce and separation issues. Through litigation, I have had success in reversing initial determinations of ineligibility for Unemployment Compensation benefits. In addition, I have often litigated Landlord/Tenant cases at a District Justice hearing and prevented a tenant from being evicted. My experience is not only helpful for tenants being evicted, but also for landlords, who may or may not understand the eviction process and need assistance navigating through it.

Yes, she needs to become legal. And most places that hire nurses don't just check documents, they do background checks, too. She will absolutely fail a background check because she's here illegally. Also, nurses have random drug checks, but you didn't ask about that. The thing is, hospitals and doctors are VERY careful about who they hire. Someone who is vulnerable to blackmail, such as an illegal alien, won't get hired. There's a lot of drugs and expensive equipment in clinics and hospitals.. . She will have to become a legal resident of the US, at least, and she'll have to have a work permit, too. Not all legal residents are allowed to work in the US.. . Oh, and she's not Mexican-American. She's not American at all. American means that you're here legally.

I need a template for MS WORD that is for MAILING ADDRESSES. I have envelopes with the window that the mailing address should be shown through. Letters are being placed in the envelope with a 3 fold. Sticky labels from Avery wont work due to the window on the envelope. I need a "mass production" or "assembly line" type of process for a large number of letters to be mailed (5000). Is there a template out there that can help with this. Copying & pasting 5000 names and addresses, then printing them out 1 by 1 takes too long...

I just want my ex to leave me and our son alone?

Can anyone edit this letter for my school, I need help?I need to submit soon..?

Covering letter for a job application?

I came home from work to find my daushound meetin me at the door dragging her hind legs. I took her to the dog emergency clinic and they said it could be a slipped disc, the ER wanted xays. I can't afford it, single mom and all. I took her to her vet the next day and he said slipped disc. I told him my financial situation and he said he could do the xray but there was no point. He gave her predosone and a pain pill. I noticed after 2 days of NO movement she wags her tail or kicks her legs every now and then. The surgery is VERY expensive and I don't qualify for Care Credit. Income tax isn't for another 6-7 months. Ihave tried loans from family..I tried EVERYTHING! SPCA was no help. PLEASE let me know of any organization, Vet Clinic, anything I can do to make her comfortable and back to herself. please..
