• William?"Tim" Fleming, Esquire has been established in the practice of law since November 17, 1983. In April of 1986, he accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney in Centre County, Pennsylvania, serving in that capacity, and then finally in the position of First Assistant District Attorney until April of 1986. He prosecuted a wide variety of felony, misdemeanor and summary level cases.

  Attorney?Fleming has been a criminal defense attorney since April of 1986, and now owns his own firm in State College, Pennsylvania, close to the Penn State University Campus.   Attorney?Fleming currently is a Member of the Pennsylvania and Centre County Bar Associations and is a past Member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, where he also served as the Brief Bank Chairman on the Board of Directors.
