lawyer Gartner, Richard A. Reviews

My dad treats her horribly and he doesn't care if he's on her will her not. He doesn't want to help her with anything. He has said that when she goes, he will throw everything in the house/garage away. I constantly tell her that if he's upsetting her on the phone (like he does so often and she has high blood pressure), to just hang up on him, so she is well aware he's disrespectful. I know that he will make things so much harder when she passes because he is very insensitive about everything. I also know that with the way he treats her, he doesn't deserve to inherit her house and I, as well as my other sisters will be upset that he got that when he doesn't care or respect her.

I'm getting a tattoo next week in NSW, Australia. It's legal to tattoo a person over 16 as long as their parent signs a Statutory Declaration form.. I just don't know what to write on the form in the part where it asks me to write what my mother is "declaring".. . Something like "I give my daughter permission to get a tattoo of blahblah at blahblah in this spot on her body by tattoo artist" or something like that, but is there a generic statement that I could use? I just don't want there to be any loopholes, as I'm going to a place a while a way from me so I can be sure it's reputable, and I'm not going with my mum so if we have to go back and change the form around I'll be pretty bummed.. I think you might have misunderstood - I've already called them and they said that as long as mum signed the form in the presence of a Justice of the Peace then it'd be fine and totally legal.. When I said "me" I meant that I would write the statement. Mum's going to sign it. She's fine with it, she doesn't care.. I already know she doesn't have to come with me. I've talked to them. I just don't know what to write on the form..

Many wrong answers here. Life insurance proceeds are INCOME-tax free, but they ARE a part of the taxable estate, to the extent the decedent owned the policy.

changing my last name?

A legal separation is a property division and custoty/child support determination, by the court, without a legal judgment of dissolution of marriage.

A comment made about an answer I made on here is what let me to put this question on here. Personally I feel that technology has made the family farm impractical. With the kind of equipment needed to run a farm today the big corporate farm is able to spread those costs around where the small family farm cannot. Also they can have farm land scattered around the world were a bad year in one spot doesn't hurt them like the family farmer. They can buy in volume which the family farmer can't. Now it is possible to make a small family farm work, because my father did. I was raised on a small ranch in southern Colorado and my folks were able to raise on 5 of us. The most critical thing is you have to pinch pennies at all times. When you have a good crop and make some money, you save it because you have no idea when the next year will come. You have to be able to do many different things. You buy used equipment and vehicles and make them last as long as possible. When they breakdown you fix them yourself. In addition to being a mechanic, you have to be a electrician, plumber, carpenter, welder, etc. Because in addition to being able to fix everything you also have to be able build a barn if need or if you need to put an addition on the house you do it. While growing up we never took a vacation as a family. We rarely stay overnight as a family since we had to get back to milk the cows. It is really a 7 day job because there is always something that needs done.. . Now if you are willing to live like that than you could probably make it, but I have a feeling that few people would want to live that kind of life.. . About the only government money we got was from the Social Conversation for soil conversation work we did on the ranch and that didn't last many years because my father finally got tired of fighting their yahoos who didn't know their rear ends from a hole in the ground..
