Don't know exactly how your release form is worded, but the one I found online (see link below) gives the photographer irrevocable rights to use the image. I emphasize the word "irrevocable". If you want to keep things simple, I'd suggest that you advise the parent that you're willing to void the release provided the parent pays the difference between your discounted rate and your non-discounted rate plus a relatively reasonable "processing fee" for the paperwork and your inconvenience.

I received final divorce papers with an order to change my name back to my maiden name at the request of my ex husband. Does this order to restore my name mean that I HAVE to change it back, or that I CAN change it back if I want to? If I want to get re-married and I use my married last name, will it make the marriage void? I figured the way to legally change my name back would be to go to the social security office and file there, and until then my marriage name would stay my legal name but I want to be sure. I have so many documents with my married name that it would he a hassle to change it unless I were married again. I just want to make sure that the court order did not actually change my name, and I won't be running into legal issues with work, taxes, anything of a legal nature. Any and all information is appreciated. Thank you..

Numbers beginning with "E" are Express Mail label numbers that can be used for Tracking.. . "L" is the start of a Customs Label number. It is the PS Form 2976, green label. This can not be tracked, nor can any inquiries be made concerning the status of a package with the 2976 label.. . "C" is the start of the Customs label used on Priority Mail, PS Form 2976-A, a white multi-part label. This number can be used for tracking, to major destinations, and can be used to make an inquiry or Indemnity claim.. . There is also a label that starts with an "R". This is the Label 200, used for Registered Mail.. . I do not believe that any other labels for services through USPS uses a leading letter combination.

What they sent you is not proper validation. When requesting validation it is not up to 'you' to self validate it to them.. Send them a second validation request. In that request you should refer to their response to your validation request stating that it was not a proper validation response and that it is your second attempt to receive validation from them.. . If you hadn't checked the statute of limitations (SOL) for your state then you should do so. You should also order your credit reports to see if and how they are reporting it.. . Some may say not to bother requesting validation if it is your debt, but, collectors are often a shady lot and have been known to collect on debts that they have no legal right to collect on (they no longer have the debt or may never even had it to begin with), to illegally inflate the amount due, changing dates, inaccurate reporting, etc., etc. . I'm looking forward to when the fairly newly formed (2009) fed gov agency, the CFPB, begins their oversight on the collection industry, for their violating collection practices, as they had recently started to do with the credit reporting agencies (CRA's) for the CRA's high volume of inaccuracies and refusals to correct them.

i need one complementing a store for their service.

It would be better if you took the approach that you are interviewing them! They don't make money if you don't. If they don't invest good training and support in you, well then just go down the road and find someone who will.. Just because you took a course and passed a test will not make you a good realtor. You must be mentored and trained. This is a tough business and you will face a lot of rejection and you must be the professional who knows the answers. . My broker in NY, bless his soul! Trained me and took me door to door, taught me how to negotiate and get deals done. I moved to Florida 3 years ago and still rely on him greatly...I have not found even close to the caliber of brokers here but Thank God I can stand on my own because of the training I received, retained and practice. Don't settle for a schmo broker or you will be a schmo realtor instead of the best you can be!
