I doubt they can be charged with anything since they are using the name on an official federal form of identification. You are the one with the passport in the wrong name.

Can there be two POA's on one form? & How do you know?

recap sample letter?

Hair and makeup - it depends on where you go at how much this will cost. If you want something simple you may be able to just curl your own hair and do your own makeup or have someone like your mom, grandmother, or friend do it for you. If you want it done professionally, I would suggest looking around for hair stylist and going to a makeup counter like Clinique or Sephora. Be sure to call and make an appointment for both since prom time is always busy. Clinique doesn't charge to do your makeup they just ask you buy a product. I bought lipgloss for $18.

I have a "kit" to write my own will. I got it when I was a single mother with 1 child. Now I have 2 children- but am with the second ones father- although we aren't married yet. With my oldest- because her father has nothing to do with her- I put in the will that my mom was to get custody of her should anything happen to me. But i'm having a dilemma now- because I want/need to add my second daughter to the will but i'm not sure what to do about custody. Since i'm with her father and have been and we are planning on getting married- I think I should put that he gets custody of her if anything happens to me. But my mom- thinks that since we aren't married and yada yada that i should put that she gets custody of BOTH of my daughters- and then she says, "you know ill do the right thing- if her dad is still part of her life- then i will give him custody". I honestly have no idea what is the better way to go here. I know it can be changed in the future but.. some advice please?.

This is becoming more confusing. Stuart who answered my last post (thanks for trying to help!) said that a doctor could act against a directive if the facts didn't line up. I just read a post from someone wanting to know if they can reject a respirator or feeding tube, and would it be followed. (This is obviously about the right to refuse life-saving treatment). The answer was: ABSOLUTELY
