7 year medical program cost?

Hi,. . A friend of mine has fallen into a rent scam and she's been asking advice which I couldn't really help out with.. I feel really sorry for her and want to do my best to help out and thought of turning to everyone here for advice and guidance.. 6 months ago my friend moved into this house which was advertised privately on the web.. The rent conditions were 6 months council tax exempt (landlord to pay) and utilities included which she thought was a bargain although the monthly rent was slightly high compared to the condition of the house.. No contract was provided and her landlord emphasised 'trust' rather then legally binding each other.. I agree this was a stupid mistake and she took things for granted.. 6 months has passed now and the landlord is surprisingly demanding she pays the outstanding (!?) council tax and utilities and verbally abuses and threatens her at least 2 times a day!. She has argued plenty of times of the terms and conditions of the agreement but the landlord is in complete denial.. Out of desperation she contacted the website where the ad was placed however the company said they were unable to retrieve deleted ads.. Can someone please help?. My friend has a very gentle soul and right now she's traumatised from the experience she's going through... . I send my sincere appreciations for reading this..

Why wouldn't all their old customers know who they are? . All the company needs to do is to send out a letter or an email or ideally both. . That would already suffice for a small business. . Of course, some of the old customers might miss the letter or the email. So, a good idea would be to send them out a couple of times. Creates some cost, of course. . The bigger the company the large the cost. But nowhere near like restarting. . So, for smaller companies the cost can be almost neglected. . Large corporations should run special advertising and marketing campaigns. . Overall, changing a company name is really not a big deal. Well, it depends on the specifics. . But even if the company is 100 years old and has a well-known name BUT the name is BAD (for one reason or another), changing the name can be of a greater benefit than keeping it. . Of course, in case of legal issues you don't really have a choice. But legal issues wouldn't arise with an old and well-known company name.

So if you expect to be paid for something like this then you have to know as much as you can about it.

I'm interested in finding out exactly what it would be like to be a bail bondsman. How do they come up with the credit line to cover the bonds they place. I realize the family (or whoever) puts up the 10% but what if the "perp" jumps bail? Where does the bail bondsman come up with the extra money? Is this a line of credit they must be able to have in order to start a business?.

Where do I go to legally change my first name? thanks for answering..
