  • Gilder, Howell and Associates, P.A. is a law firm which was founded in July, 2000, by Jefferson D. Gilder and Jamie W. Howell, Jr. Mr. Howell began practicing law at the Gilder Law Firm upon graduation from law school in 1988. Gilder Law Firm was founded and headed by Robert G. Gilder, the legendary Mid-South trial lawyer. Jefferson D. Gilder joined his father's firm in 1990, where he and Howell worked together for three years and were tutored by the master trial tactician, Robert Gilder. Howell left Gilder Law Firm in 1993 to begin a solo practice. He remained in solo practice until his reunion with Jefferson D. Gilder in June, 2000. Jefferson Gilder was a partner in Gilder Law Firm, P.C. for ten years. Upon the death of Robert G. Gilder on December 24, 2000, Jefferson Gilder and Jamie Howell joined forces to establish the new law firm of Gilder, Howell and Associates, P.A., carrying on the elder Gilder's legal ideals, ethical priorities and work ethic. We believe that there is something more important than political correctness, and that is moral correctness.

Gilder, Howell and Associates, P.A. believes in protecting the rights of the individual and small business from those who might attempt to take advantage of them, such as insurance companies, big business, corporate America, and overzealous law enforcement. You could say that we work for the little fellers not the Rockefellers. Gilder, Howell and Associates, P.A. believes that all constitutional and human rights are of essential importance and, as such, we would strive to ensure their applicability, strength and protection for all citizens through our practice of law. Dedication and service to our clients is always our first priority. Love for our profession and our determination to provide the best counsel possible to the individual all come together to create an atmosphere of success within our office.

We believe that despite its alleged flaws, the United States system of justice is the greatest in the world. We believe that a jury of twelve fellow citizens is the fairest way ever devised to determine what’s right and fair. Tort reform has been touted by insurance companies and their cronies for so long it has become a household word. But who are the insurance companies to try to change a system that has worked so well and been the envy of the world for over 200 years? Insurance companies have attempted a smear campaign on the court that has tried to make what is good, fair and traditional into something ugly and vile. We believe that each case is different and the damages vary with each case. We do not believe that there should be limits arbitrarily imposed by the government before a case even starts! If necessary, we will make sure to get your case to a fair jury who can properly evaluate your injuries based on information regarding your specific damages and award you the money you need and deserve. We will also keep you out of Court and get you a fast and fair settlement of your case when at all possible.

We are people just like you. We grew up in this area and share many of the same backgrounds, memories, viewpoints, and even friends that you do. We will not high-hat you or treat you like a second class citizen like some big law firms might. Our entire staff will all share in the job of helping you. We will guide you through the legal process and keep you up-to-date on the status of your case. In short, we will treat you like we would want to be treated.

We have worked hard to be among the most respected attorneys in North Mississippi. A potential client can easily ascertain the reputation of a law firm simply by asking members the community. Referrals by previous clientele and other attorneys are still the best way to decide which attorney to hire. Before any person decides to come to us for representation, we would encourage them to familiarize themselves with our firm, as we are confident that our reputation precedes us.

I need a business plan template for an existing business?

Is this a "valid" reason for changing my name?

[my name here]. [my job title here]. . Does this sound better for the last paragraph:. . I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for giving me the chance to be a part of your team, and to pass on my best wishes for the future.. Rene Hoepelman - that is all well and good but I work for a professional organisation and have a legal obligation to give 4 weeks notice..

Lost copy of legal name change - Arizona how to obtain another copy?

WRONG. The TRUST will own the assets and your control will be limited to the terms of the trust. If the attorney will have documents ready to sign tomorrow, your parents ALREADY owe his fee, so it is too late to make that decision. The fact you can ask indicates they YOU could not properly set up a trust. You should go with your parents to the attorney's office tomorrow and ask LOTS of questions about your responsibilities as trustee.

Contact either Alberta Health Care or your local registry agent.
