it looks to me that you may need to use SQL or MYSQL in order to do something like that,. MYSQL will store the data for you and you can retrive it at any time.. it is a lot more fuctional, faster and secure from flat txt file.. Flash need some add on in order to communicate with SQL so most programers will use PHP to communicate with the data base. . that as much as i can help

One thing I've always done was first of all, thank the principal for her service, but also leave a note about what impact she had on me personally, or how much of a role model she has been to me, or something that gives it that personal touch, rather than running down a list of her accomplishments. maybe a program she sponsored benefitted you tremendously, or something along those lines.

You have ALL rights. Temp. guardianship is just that... Temporary.. You have the power to revoke that at ANY time. Parental rights are superior to ANYONE elses, unless a judge orders your rights revoked (usually for reasons of severe abuse, neglect, etc).. Did a judge order this? If not, lots of folks do this themselves.. Not to worry! You may want to contact a family law attorney for a free consult, but you don't need a lawyer to do this.. You can revoke the temporary guardianship at anytime by simply filling out a revocation form. . Also check out the link below of another mom's story. . How long did you give temp. guardianship for? The temp. document is usually only for 6 months, and it automatically expires.. Hope this helps you!

Do you agree with the fusion of legal professions in UK and why?

Gift Tax returns are filed on Form 709. You have a $12,000 annual exclusion, per recipient. Anything beyond that is subject to Gift Tax but you can also use your lifetime exclusion, currently $1 million, to avoid any Gift Tax although that will reduce your Estate Tax exclusion dollar-for-dollar which may have implications when you pass.. . If you haven't made the gift yet, consult with an estate planner. There are several ways you can handle this that will minimize or avoid any tax liability. A common tactic is to place the home in a trust with your daughter and son-in-law as beneficiaries. Title will pass to them upon your death, the transfer will bypass probate, and there will be no Gift Tax due.
