How do I write a farewell letter to my Preschool Parents?

Hi I sold something over the internet mid August and I sent the parcel via a courier, the parcel turned up at the buyers house broken. I put a claim in straight away for compensation, they said it would take up to 28 days for compensation to be processed, it has now been over 28 working days and after numerous calls and emails I am just not getting anywhere with them and there is still no sign of compensation. I have been in touch with CAB who advised me they would pass my complaint on to trading standards, and said I should write a complaint letter to the company. I have been searching the internet for a complaint letter template but can't actually find one to a courier as they all come up for retailers or failed delivery letters. I was just wondering if someone could help me with a letter template please? The claims team were supposed to phone me back Tuesday but I heard nothing from them and have now got to the point I am fed up of emailing and calling them to get no response or the same answer they gave me last time they spoke to me. The buyer also contacted them and they told him that I had not returned the claims form, which is a lie! They also broke another parcel and am worried I will have to go through the same thing all over again!. If someone can help me, that would be great! Thanks.

I think she planned her estate out in this manner because she didn't want to hassle anyone and thought this was really the only way.
