I need to write a complaint letter to a timeshare company, and I want to get my point accross and sound as perfessional about it as I can. Mostly due to the fact that i'm asking for my money back (which has about a -% chance of happening).. . Does anyone know a website that gives some examples. Also what all should I include? Should I explain the whole problem or just cut to the facts?. . Thanks!.

You are probably asking for a letter FROM an employee to the BOSS.... . Here's one:. . Respected sir,. . Subject: Application for a one day leave.. . I __________(name) request you to grant me a one day off for ______(reason).. Thanking you.. . Yours sincerely,. _______(name)

I own a house with my brother, can my boyfriend take half if we break up?

My Aunt and Uncle died recently and I may be in the position of executor. They had no children and left a crappy will that leaves nothing to nobody. One of my cousins lived with them for 8 months before they died and I did a lot for them and so did one of my other cousins basically it was the 3 of us that took care of them. I will end up with more money in the estate just because of the way it breaks down. So I am not going to charge a fee for my services. My other cousins want more money because of the care they did. I think I can talk my other cousins into that but I have no idea how much they should get one spent 2 years running errands taking them to doctors shopping taking care of their bills. The other one actually lived with them she was leaving her husband and had no job so they let her move in to help take care of them plus they gave her $150 a week spending money. So she paid no rent in exchange for her services. Now they are dead she wants caregiver pay. I have told her she as nothing in writing to prove she was hired as a caregiver and we do have the checks to prove she got the $150 a week. I am trying to tell her I can probably talk the others into giving up part of their inheritance for her efforts but if she sues the esate she may get nothing. The estate lawyer is also a trial lawyer he says she don't have a leg to stand on. I hope I can talk her out of this. If she challenges the will I have a feeling the others are not going to feel all warm and fuzzy having to pay our lawyer more to take her on. What do you think is a far percentage to give them?

Trust is belief plus action. A trapeze artist may believe her partner will catch her and protect her from falling to the ground, but, unless each trusts the other and herself, the move will not be attempted or else will fail. A man may believe that he can walk a tightrope strung over Niagara Falls, but if he cannot trust his feet to stay steady and his mind to stay calm and in control, he will either never start or having started will falter.

Do you have a lease stating your landlord is responsible for utilities? If so, just write a polite, business-like letter reminding him of his obligation. Do not threaten him
