Is this an effective cover letter format?

study very very very hard in eight grade so that right from the start, u get into the most competitive freshmen year high school course. my sister wass really good in algebra so in the summer between 9th grade n 8th grade, she took a summer course in Algebra I, got As n in freshmen year, got into Algebra II Honors. She did really well in science in 8th grade so she got honors in science in freshmen year. Your focus, should be mainly your studies but if you can, try to take part in some sort of club or sports. it is not a MUST that u do community service in my opinion (though I would recommend it, its fun. really.) but do something that u actually enjoy. keep that thru out ur high school career. a lot of kids just join clubs in their junior n senior year or do like 200 hrs of community service in their junior-senior year. colleges are not really a fan of that. they immediatly think that u just did because you wanted to impress them, not because you really liked it. dont make them think that.

It looks like they are only accepting UK applications at the moment. With Elite Model Look, they go country by country and pick one representative from each country through a process of elimination. So out of the thousands of UK applicants, they wil narrow it down, bring the finalists to their office, and pick the one who will represent the UK in the Elite Model Look competition. . If you are in Canada, you have to keep checking to see when they are starting their Canadian search. But you really don't have to wait - Elite has offices in Toronto and you can send in pictures to them for consideration without entering the competition

It depends. Generally your lawyer would keep a copy of your will so that it can still be probated if your copy cannot be found. Now, if the people that you no longer want to inherit whatever it was that you left them in your will have right of survivor-ship, then you definitely need to have you lawyer draw up a codicil stating that you no longer wish for them to inherit and what you would like done with the property real or personal that was involved.

what is the definition, characteristics and features of a positive letter?.

You need to use a web server and server-side scripting language to do this. The HTML part only gives you the frontend but you need a backend to actually send email with a form. I suggest you download and have a play with XAMPP which comes with Apache web server, PHP and many more. Search Google for some tutorials on form mail with PHP.
