I often come across on sites like gumtree ?WEBSITE DESIGN FOR ONLY ?99? and offers like such. I checked out some of the sites designed by these people but most of the sites look really cheap, specially the font-styles. I wonder, is it because of the fonts chosen by the website designer/ website owner OR is it because there has not been money well spent on the site (I mean it has not designed by good designer) OR is it because the programming language that has been used to design the website (as far I know there are different programming languages that can be used to design a website).. . I will appreciate any constructive advice on this.
