photographers: what forms do you require?

My wife and I switched our son's first and middle name around legally at 5 years old (like a new birth certificate, etc). Is there some genealogical database that will update the change? Is there anyway we could find out they have the correct up to date info? Is there any genealogical website claiming to have current up to the present info?. . What happens to genealogy when someone has a legal name change?.

When creating forms, and you use the action "post", what happens after that? Where does the data go, and how do you get to it? How can I create a CGI Bin or whatever?. . If I realize its a way to transfer data from a form to another document or something, but thats all I know. If someone could clear my brain and help me with understanding Forms and CGI that would be great.. . Thanks.

If you own it as some sort of partnership, though, his half will pass into his estate.. . Richard

These can be made to give a broad range (general) of authority or very limited. To be legal they also must be notarized.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I have a few questions concerning the company and position and I would be pleased to discuss them at interview.. Yours sincerely . Sergio.
