    lawyer Johnson, Erik S. Reviews

My ex-wife was being evicted from her apartment in the bronx,ny and asked me if i can sign a letter stating that I allowed for my kids to move upstate with her to her mothers house while things got better.. We are already under a legal visitation order from the court. I read the letter and signed it, just to later find out that she was never being evicted, she just wanted to move upstate with her new husband and rented out her old apartment. Now my boys are 3 hours upstate and I cannot even see them for x-mas. When I told her about it she said their was nothing I can do because I signed the letter and her friend who is a notary, notarized it. Is their anything I can do? was that even legal to notarize without me being present?.

My boyfriend was living with his ex for 6 years, they got each their own rooms when they split, but were financially dependent so they could not move out. He is in the process of getting her name off the house and selling it to go to his new place. We are talking about getting married. But since they were living together for so long, aren't they legally married? And if so, what does he have to do to get rid of that? It's really bothering me..

right, well i don't have any contacts with my father and i wanted to change my surname from his to my mothers maiden name, i am nearly 14, i doubt that he will give me consent to change it now, so how old do i have to be to legally change it, or can i do it now without his consent?. just to clear up, this was not my mothers desision, it was my own for reasons he knows. and also, im from england.. sorryyy.
