Your wait for housing shouldnt be too long, we were offered housing the same day we got ther, but that was 4 years ago, we left Drum in May of this year to Go to our new duty station (Oklahoma) My husband has been in the Army 15 years and Drum was the worse post we ever been too and we have been all over the world. I feel sorry for you having to large dogs in an on post apartment. They are garden style apartments (one apartment ontop of another) and if you get the top floor apartment you will not have a yard for your dogs to run or play in. And yes they do give people with dogs upstairs apartments. My neighbors had 2 big greyhounds and lived upstairs. Alll the apartments I know of dont allow dogs, although you can try the ones in Calcuim they used to allow 2 pets. They are expensive and not worth the money, but you will have a place to live, also remember you will have to sign a lease at all apartments and you can not legally break a lease off post just to move onto post housing. I was the mayor of our housing community on post and the wait list for e5- 2 bedrooms arent very long. The above person is wrong, you will only get reimbursed 10 days of hotel room and that is during your PCS. Make sure you call the Fort Drum Inn NOW and tell them when you are pcsing and you need to have a room at their pet hotel. They have a seperate area for guests that are staying with pets, but the rooms fill up very quickly. Jobs around the area suck, they dont like hiring Army Wives, Watertown is building up but all in all they hate the Army and wish Fort Drum wasnt there. Also when you get to Drum have your husband go straight to housing, they will put you on the list from the day you left your old post (example you leave jan 5 take 30 days leave and get to drum feb 5, housing will put you on the ist as if you had signed up 30 days ago, so that already knocks a month off your wait time)Remember you must bring the following papers with you when you apply for housing (some may not apply to you). Leave Form . Orders to Fort Drum with amendments . Marriage License . Birth Certificates for Children . Custody/Adoption Paperwork . Pregnancy Verification . TDY orders . Special Power of Attorney (click to view sample) . Pregnancy Verification . Enlistment contract

This is a standard form RFE for form I-864. Send in as much of the following that you can before the deadline specified on the form.. . - Tax transcripts for the last year (at least) and 3 years if possible. Request transcripts by calling 1-800-829-1040. Takes up to 2 weeks to get them.. . - Copy of current W2 for the petitioner. . - Recent pay stubs since the original submission. . - letter from employer if possible, but not necessary if you can get the tax transcripts and W2. Those 2 are the most important.. . This form letter always says you have not met the %125 guidelines even if you are well above it. What they really mean is they don't have enough evidence to prove it.. . You can call the 1-800 number, but they don't have access to the specifics of your case and they will just repeat what is written on the form. For specific help, make an info pass appointment, but they will pretty much tell you the same.. . No matter what, make sure you send what you have by the deadline.

Haha there is no trial online jobs to my knowledge and definitely no trial surveys.

Yes, it will. Verbal agreements stand up in court, and written ones are even better. What a written agreement does is prove that there was a meeting of the minds -- that you both understood and agreed what was going on.

There's a wonderful invention called E-Mail.. . You can send it to that person in 10 seconds.. . If you sent the letter to that person, it could take a business day (Sunday does not count.). . And as for a letter back in return, that's up to the person you sent the letter to.

None of these answers are true. You CAN change her last name if you have sole custody without the father. What this means...you were never married, and as long as there are no court papers that say you SHARE custody, you do not even have to notify him. It is not tricking him, because he does not even have to be involved. You do not need a lawyer for this, go to the county courthouse, and tell them you want to file for a name change. All together it will cost you about $250-$300. Your ex will still have to pay child support, your new hubby does not have to adopt. It is just a name change. The only thing that could happen is....your ex could get mad, and go file a for a court order and take you to court to change it to his last name, but he would have to pay a lot of money because he has to be awarded shared custody first, and it takes a long time, and the judge would look at the situation, and may side with you. Good luck. And by the way...I know this PERSONALLY, I went through the same exact thing.
