• Guy A. Campisano, Jr. has been a criminal defense lawyer for close to twenty-five years.? In 1982, Mr. Campisano graduated cum laude from Hastings College of Law, University of California. During law school, he participated on the Hasting Law Journal and tutored first year students on criminal law. He also externed for the Honorable Robert F. My older sister lives with my mother, four hours away from me. Mom is in her 70's and has been feeling ill and worried about her demise. Mom listed me as top executer of her belongings, even though my sister lives with her. Neither of us really has a plan of how to handle things when the time comes. Any advice? I am in extremely bad financial condition, but mom has many assets, house, car, bank accounts and I just feel overwhelmed at the thought of dealing with all these things..

i am applying for a job similar to the one i have just left (temp contract ended). my previous manager gave me a really good reference, what i would like to know is , would it be considered . pushy to put this reference in with my application form?.

If next month, wheat is trading at a higher level, what you will then do if you were trading is to make a transaction where you will sell the same amount in December 2012. You are now locked into a contract to sell wheat at the higher price level in July 2012. Since they are the same settlement date, they "cancel" out. You bought it on July 2012 and then sold it at a higher price on the same day. Therefore, no physical movement has happened.. . You could even do it opposite. You locked in a contract to sell wheat at a given price at today's price level in July 2012. What if you don't do anything? You didn't buy any wheat right? If you don't do anything, your broker will buy for you at the last trading date before the actual settlement date. Let's say next month the price of wheat has fallen to a lower price level. You could then lock a contract to buy wheat at that lower price level for July 2012. You have both contracts set to transact the same date, therefore, they "cancel" out.

How do I do that? Is this a legal matter? do I need my ex consent to remove his name? is it free?(lol). . Any help is appreiciated! thanks..
